About Mesa Cooling & Heating
We repair, service and replace air conditioning and heat pump systems for homes across Mesa and the East Valley. The way we work is simple. You get a flat price before any work starts, an arrival window you can plan around, the failed part handed back to you, and readings on the invoice so the job is documented rather than described.
How a job actually runs
You call or send the symptom and your zip code. We give you an arrival window, and in summer that is usually the same day for a house with no cooling. You get a text when the truck is close. The technician tests the system, explains what failed in plain terms, and quotes a flat price for the repair. Nothing gets opened up before you have agreed the number.
If the job turns out to be bigger than the diagnosis suggested, we stop and requote. That happens occasionally and it is far better than an invoice that arrives with surprises on it. When the repair is finished the system gets run and re-tested, the old part comes off the truck and into your hands, and the invoice arrives by email with the pressures, the temperature split and the static pressure recorded on it.
Repair first, where repair makes sense
A lot of HVAC selling in this valley runs the other way. We quote the repair before we quote a replacement, and on a system under about eight years old a repair almost always wins. Where a replacement genuinely is the better answer, usually an older system facing a compressor or coil failure, you get both numbers side by side and the reasoning behind them. Then you decide with the information in front of you.
Replacement quotes start with measurement
Every replacement estimate begins with a load calculation. We measure room by room, note glazing and orientation, check insulation and look at duct sizing and return capacity. Tonnage comes out of that, and we show you the result. Copying the size off the old data plate is how an oversized system gets installed twice in a row, and oversized equipment short cycles, wears its compressor and leaves the far bedrooms behind.
Quotes come in writing with equipment model numbers, the permit included in the price, and the rebate position explained. We pull the mechanical permit with the City of Mesa or whichever jurisdiction you are in, and we schedule the inspection.

It takes two minutes and it is the single most useful check a homeowner can make before letting anyone onto a roof.

Our own workmanship warranty covers the labor, with the term stated in writing on your quote. Manufacturer parts warranties come from the equipment maker, and we register them in your name at install so you are not chasing paperwork later.
